There is a famous quote that states, "You have to taste a culture to understand it." I would like to challenge you this week to take some time to discover new dishes and flavors that you may have never tried before. Experiencing a culture through its food practices can be a great way to appreciate all different types of people and places. Incorporating trying new tastes and dishes can also be a great way spice up family mealtime- literally. I hope everyone has a great week, and if there any ever any questions or comments you may have feel free to email me via the link on the blog's homepage. I hope to see you back next week for the last week of National Nutrition Month 2022!
